World Navigators are assigned to support one student group. Navigators shepherd students through the event and ensure they follow the program schedule. When the “bell” indicates student movement, world navigators collect students and lead them to the next zone.

Volunteer: Worlds of Work 2026 Hospitality

Hospitality volunteers provide support to vendors and assist with movement of student groups between zones as needed. When the “bell” indicates student movement within zones, hospitality volunteers assist world navigators/navigation captains in identifying students that should be moving. Volunteers encourage those students to follow world navigators/navigation captains to the next zone. Additionally, hospitality volunteers shuttle food & beverage items to vendors and volunteers, and clean/maintain the hospitality rooms.

The school check-in booth is located at the University of Providence, University Center. Check-in volunteers will be directed to this area following their arrival and check-in at the volunteer table.  


School check-in volunteers greet school representatives, help students navigate orientation, and answer any initial questions attendees may have. Additionally, they escort and direct students inside the university center to the school check-in table where students receive event materials and are directed to orientation.

Street Crossing volunteers will oversee safe crossing zones for students, vendors, and educators arriving at the event on September 15. They will be staged at common crossroads and help protect all attendees from possible traffic incidents. They will direct attendees to the correct location if they have questions upon arrival.

Bus Departure volunteers provide assistance and direction for students, educators, and chaperones as they arrive, and prepare to load buses in the southernmost parking lot of Great Falls College MSU. Volunteers escort and direct students to their respective buses for return to schools.

Volunteers will also help collect any trash left behind by attendees so we can leave the campus clean.
