A Welcome Ambassador is the first point of contact for visitors to the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center. They welcome guests, process admissions, provide general information, and help create a positive first impression while ensuring every visitor feels valued and informed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Process admissions and answer basic questions.
- Provide information about exhibits, programs, tours, and events.
- Direct guests to our Guest Relations Volunteers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Center in a professional manner.
